30 Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Smart Pulse device, return it to us within 30 days to get a full refund.
Please note, that the device must be returned to us with no damage. Your refund will be processed within 2 working days from when we receive the device from you.
Replacement or Refund if Your Device is Not Working.
We will exchange or refund any device that is not working within 14 days of receipt.

You must enclose a note stating the problem with the device and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Before issuing a refund we will test the device to ensure that it is defective. If there is just a set up problem, we will mail it back to you with instructions. If there is an issue with the device we will mail you a new device or we will refund you 100% of the fee charged.
